Design is a key part of turning your ideas into top quality products. We have an in-house design department which uses up to date equipment and software. We use Apple Macs with industry standard software (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator & Acrobat) and work seamlessly with eps, dxf and dwg file formats.

Standard

This is an integral part of the manufacturing process for new items and is suitable where you have a clear idea of what you want produced.

• We prepare full artwork from your specifications and drawings
• Submit picture proofs for your approval and sign-off
• Make printing patterns and tooling required for production

This is a one-off, flat fee service to develop the necessary printing patterns and tooling and to ensure that you get exactly what you want.

Prototyping

If you have a number of ideas in mind, or need to work out some of the finer details with real examples, then this service may help you get to the final design and specification:

• We develop designs from your guidelines, sketches and suggestions
• Prepare paper proofs for you to work with towards your final design
• Manufacture accurate samples for trials (to check finish, fit, colour etc)
• Make printing patterns and tooling required for production.
