What is your normal delivery lead time?
We aim to despatch product to you within three weeks from the date when we received the order. For new designs there can be significant work involved developing the designs and commissioning any new tooling. This can lengthen the process and can add up to four weeks before production starts.
If you need an urgent delivery we will always try. If we cannot meet a deadline, we will tell you.
